    Apparently Spain have lost a few games recently so it might be more of a case of them going down rather than the Dutch going up.

    Uruguay just won the Copa America so must have got plenty of points for that.

    But England!? <yikes> <laugh>

    This goes to show how screwed these rankings can be.

    1. Netherlands- Runners up in last years World cup, Have lost practically no qualifiers in the last 4 years
    2. Spain - WINNERS of last years World cup. Have only lost a couple of friendlies recently
    3. Germany - Semi-finalists at last years World cup, only losing to eventual winners Spain. Have won 7 out of 7 in Euro 2012 qualifiers.
    4. England - ?????????????
    5. Uruguay - Semi-finalists at last years World cup, Won this years Copa America

    Can anyone spot the odd one out?
