Uefa league, with relegation / promotion so teams all play others of the same quality. So we don't get bored between world cups and European championships

 

Oh brilliant. I guess this is during the summer? So players get no time off now, that will be awesome for domestic leagues.

 

Tournament like thing which is replacing international friendlies.

 

It's replacing friendlies and goes towards qualifying.

 

4 teams can qualify for EURO 2020 if they failed to do so in the group matches (I think)

 

played in Sep, Oct, Nov

 

not going down too well with Leeds fans judging by the number of GIFS of people puking on their twitter feed!

 

That's a shocker. So many clubs changed in recent years and they're awful

They didn't have the most interesting looking badge before, but there was nothing wrong with it. This new one is terrible.

It reminds me of the sort of “happy workers” posters the Soviet Union used to produce in the 1930’s.

 

Exactly....it looks like a salute from a supporter of the extreme right or left. Perhaps threatening is the look Leeds were going for.
