    This should really reinforce the fact our midfield needs a rethink. I genuinely don’t know what wijnaldum offers, lallana has lost what little magic he used to possess, Can back to his usual self. Henderson, not missed.

    I've been saying take Swansea seriously all week and we needed to take that first chance...

    The crapness of midfield is a disgrace.

    Inability to pick a pass, cannot stay with play... cannot see that playing square is ****.

    Credit to Swansea. Had a game plan and had the future to match. Much needed three points for them.

    As for us... Too many had a off day; Salah, Firmino, Gomez, Oxlade and Mane (off season?). That midfield seriously lacks creativity, the scary thing is, that was probably our strongest XI

    Can't blame that on Lallana he has hardly played. This was more a matter of complacency and lack of fight. I was more disappointed in Ox Matip did what he should be doing which is running at that crowded midfield.

    In games like these Moreno and TAA are the bettet options to give us width.

    All this does it just reinforce another point to the league against us (and other top clubs) that at the bottom just sit back sit back get 11 behind the ball and hope for a lucky break.

    Fair play, they caught us on a shocking day and took their one chance. But does nothing to promote trying to play football the right way and have a go.

    As long as teams pick up points that way then will always contine so its always going to be on us to break them break them down and take our chances.

    Another day, Salah and Mane score those volleys, VVD header creeps in then Firm puts his header away and we win 4-0
