He looks no difference from the last two owners, same goal make money, but with a different business plan and this is a fantastic business plan to make fast very money

How many millions will this sneaky move make him? Could be anything from 5-10m+ In less then two years

The new training ground site looks small and it will be a poor move for Leeds in the long run, it’s in a poor area, it’s smaller, it will be spilt with the youth and it will be worse then what we have all ready got

The rent on what is paid now is small so there is no reason to move

If who ever was in charge had the best interest in the club, they would wait until we go up to the premiership, Then use the money we get from the top level to build a new state of the art all in one training ground, 30-40-50m one in a larger area

Why would players want to drive into the middle of Leeds to train? The area is too small for a decent training ground and the air quality is poor. It's a backwards step.

I don't see any point in major ground improvements now, either. The whole stadium wants knocking down now, even the best stand is 25 years old and the older ones are a joke.

Businessmen, or consortium's that buy Football clubs do so to make money, that's first and foremost in their plans; they don't invest money to lose money.

Radz is not the only owner of LUFC, he also has investors behind him.

Buying back ER was beneficial to not only the club, but to Radz and his group as well.

As far as I'm aware, Radz rents ER back to LUFC for a very small fee, or considerably smaller than the dogs bollocks who owned it last; in time,
Radz will sell ER back to LUFC, which in turn, increases the value of the club, and gives Radz and Co a small profit on their investment.

When Radz and Co come to sell ER, they will make a profit on their investments, and LUFC will be a whole club, chairs a'nall.

Cellino didn't leave the club in debt like the 3 previous owners did, so the club and Radz benefit.......

If what you say is true and it's him who's bought the ground and is renting it to the club, then he's conned the fans.

Radz didn't con the fans, or club.

He was open about his intent to buy back ER.......he couldn't sell it back to LUFC because GFH back then would've had a claim on it, but they couldn't touch it if Radz and Co owned it.

Radz is a good owner to date, by his own admission he admits he knows little about football, but I think he needs to take some power back from Orta.

Radz intentions are to get us back into Prem league, small drawback is, he's still learning, and trying to work out what's needed to be done.

TC at moment is our main problem, and on a personal note, I'm starting to get suspicious feelings about TC and his dossier.....

It’s only beneficial to the owner because the club is paying for it, and he isn’t, just like it will with the training ground we do not need

There is no rent, the club is paying for it, and he gets it back, plus’s he gets it back again when he sells the club, so he’s making millions from property and doesn’t need to go up to make profits, just like GFH didn’t

Am not sure what your on with a small profit? He’s going make what it cost + more because he used club funds to update his old ground, so he can charge even more when he sells

And he’s doing the same when he gives us a worse training ground, he going make millions on that from club funds

If his intentions where to get us up, we wouldn’t have a cheap manager, selling our best players and spending nothing on transfers of players

Getting to the Premier League requires major investment, so if he's here to make money and sell the club on then his intentions can't be to get to the Premier League.

Some of you guys don't have much patience and must be 'peter perfect' and never made a mistake in your life! Better to wait until the summer and see if Radz has learnt anything from his first season in charge before writing off the rest of his tenure as owner of LUFC.

 

He’s been here over a year with 50% and we are worse then last season and spent nothing on the team

And doesn’t even go to games any more

We will get worse next season unless he changes
