Grew up in Glasgow, only time I've ever been called a Hun is on here by people who don't actually seem to know what it means.

Only one way to stop this ****ishness.... Bring back the 1534 Act of Supremacy and apply it to Scotland.

The Act of Supremacy of 1534 declared the English crown to be 'the only supreme head on earth of the Church in England' in place of the pope. Any act of allegiance to the latter was considered treasonous because the papacy claimed both spiritual and political power over its followers.

As a neutral,my understanding of the term 'Hun' is it came from the shipyards,Germans owned the shipyards and only gave jobs or at least the best ones to protestants,similar story in Belfast,I may be wrong dough.

I recall Rangers fans singing "Go home ya Huns" to Celtic fans.

The simple facts is Rangers fans don't like being called Huns so they decided to make up the myth that it was Sectarian.
