How big will this shed be? Reason I'm asking is that my Julie wants a 4m x 8m 'summer house' with a toilet etc in it up the back of ours.

£1200 per sqm ive been quoted for an extension but its £300 for a 6×6 ketter shed... Guess i need to buy an extension cord.
I got quoted £25k for the 'summer house' but that would be all the plumbing, drains and electrics. Probably just get the Albanians in tbh.
Mines coming all the way from Siberia apparently (or all the way from B&Q most likely) and we've gone for all the whistles and bells with additional electrics, air-con, upgrade roofing etc. Running at around £12k for the lot but I still have to paint the bastard myself!!
