Put it this way,i think i have more chance of winning the lotto than us getting promes. (Happy to be proven wrong tho) ps i should also point out that my post was my opinion, it did come across as a statement of fact tho so il shall edit that
Possibly. Haven't been showing improvement thus far, so there's a good chance we're betting our Premier League status on one of them suddenly developing leadership qualities and two of them improving markedly as individual defenders at the same time.
TBH I'm getting bloody fed up with the chase and would be much happier if we actually caught something
https://www.sport-express.ru/footbal...nsfer-1361849/ Bit of an update here. - Promes has a €30m release clause -He is on around £66k a week at Spartak, the proposal from Saints currently is £49k a week. Not sure whether that is net or gross. - Promes gets around 15% of any transfer. - "Promes is not too happy with the prospect of a struggle for survival - both this season and in the future. But there is a version with a flight. We need to pay tribute to the attacker: he would like to be, if not the top club, then at least in the team that claims every year for places in European competition. The current "Southampton" to such clearly does not apply. And it's impossible to buy a football player against his will." - Spartak won't sell for less than the clause as they are in three competitions and could get Champions League - "This season, Quincy is likely to end in "Spartacus." But whether the next one starts is a big question."
Pff. We are the mighty Saints. Sign on the line Quincy we will race up the table and make Everton eat their flaming dugouts!
Ah apologies. Genuinely thought you meant Van Dijk, but re reading I guess you meant Jose? Gardos and Bednarek aren’t great, but I was looking at it from the perspective of the board - they probably think we can get to the end of the season without strengthening there, whereas without at least another forward, we will struggle to get to survive.
Glad that’s cleared up... we’re signing Kirk Douglas then. I’d have thought Michael would have been better as he is younger and scores regularly... allegedly. He is also would bring a darling bud in May.
I've had a premonition that I'm going to win the lottery one day. It will be a £13m jackpot and the day I win it there will be 13 million people with the same numbers as me so we get a quid each
Around 10,000 folk play the numbers 1 2 3 4 5 & 6 every week. That takes stupid to unprecedented levels.
Presumably they all believe they are the only ones doing it. Something similar did occur to me once - I thought 'surely no one would be daft enough to think that', therefore I'd be the only one. But I wouldn't have been - PT Barnum was right; there really is one born every minute.
I see its all happening on the Saints Transfer Thread! Lottery... thats what its like being a Saints Fan l suppose.
