Surely the Jamie Walker transfer shows Phil's correct to some extent? If Wigan got him for £300k then surely Rangers could have got him for the same amount, all they had to do was pony up the dough and Walker would have (pardon the pun), walked to Ibrox. I know it's probably not quite that simple but maybe the skeptics are correct and Rangers are in dire financial straits.
