Maynard deal appears very close to being done. I think we will go in for one other and that will be either Le Fondre or Haynes
I think we are finally getting somewhere with the Nicky Maynard deal now. Seems like they will see for the right price and we will pay it. With Waggy getting called up for England it will only make him more appealing if we want to use him as part of the deal
The rumours are true. Maynard is not in the Bristol City squad for tonights cup game. Is he "injured" or having tea at Svens house?!
Although its good for us hes not in the Bristol squad tonight it still isnt concreate proof he is leaving. I think tommorow will be the day this comes to a head
I've heard Bristol C want Le Fondre, and won't consider selling Maynard unless Le Fondre signs as a replacement. But we want to offload Waghorn as a replacement instead. But maybe we are waiting on Beckford and Yakubu. I love how many strikers are involved in this!
