It is match day and once upon a time a long time ago I would have been excited and full of anticipation. I have a ticket but I am not at all enthusiastic about going for I know that yet again the atmosphere will be poisonous and I will come away disappointed, frustrated and angry. Given the choice between going to the match or watching The Sound of Music on the television I would choose the latter and I hate the bloody film. The only good thing about being a Saints fan these days is that I am in bed before 10.30 every Saturday and Sunday evening.
