    Ok, fair enough.

I hope the fact that Lasogga scored twice does not give the Leeds Utd hierarchy the opinion that we don't need another striker.

It hardly matters. Season is over so rad can put away the cheque book. Lasogga will be gone back home beginning of May and we’ll then need two strikers in the summer

My concern 2p is he opted for the continental model.. and was talked into a long term strategy. So everyone within the club management structure will be telling him it’s a work in progress and has a vested interest in doing so. I voiced this in the summer, now we have a lot of dross on long term deals.

Again hear what you say, but surely Radz must talk to others in the football world. Heaven forbid that Leeds start loosing the crowd numbers at ER.
Fed up of hearing work in progress, sounds a bit like tomorrow which we all know never comes.

Not convinced the 4 year deals are a bad thing. Happy to be shot down in flames but my take is; We probably offer lower basic salaries over a longer period of time, so instead of 10K a week over a 2+ year deal, we give 5-6K over the four year contract (like dare I say it Cellino gave to Murphy and the deal that pissed off Byram). This could work, the player has the security of a long-term deal and income, if it doesn't work out, like Murphy, even teams as small as Burton can cover the wages & in theory they should be easier to sell. If they turn out to be 'the diamond' we are looking for and the bigger boys come poaching we can ask for big money because of the length of the contract. Time will tell I guess.

He listened to them and appointed orta. Guess it depends who he listens to. Let’s hope he’s his own man, ultimately and a fast learner.

Guess we don’t know the detail of all of them. But unless they’re for peanuts and I doubt they are, it’s at least a year too long in my book. And maybe 4 years too long for cooper Philips etc!

Bang on Eire. Just got home so disappointed TC at fault today along with cooper.
Like you said season over no point splashing the cash now if ever we were going to anyway. When will TC learn we cannot defend from 10 minutes out plus stoppage time we should have slung sacko on upfront and given their 2 centre backs something to think about. Very very poor TC. Also not allowing players to be interviewed after a defeat is insulting to the 32000 Leeds fans that turned up today piss poor from the heirachy.
