league season over now for you lot now you can concentrate on the cup ........................oh silly me your season ended by the wall
You'll probably be right Milky, but at 3-2 up we should've pressed home our advantage instead of TC going defensive. Mind you, at 3-2 up we began to slowly become complacent.
maybe LL. I think it's hard when you're chasing the game then get in front with 10 men. You don;t know whether to stick or twist. I thought we were pushing forward too much and leaving gaps. Problem is , as mentioned many times on here... we don't know how to close out a game. Strategy seems to be pack the defence and invite pressure.
as our season fizzles out into mid table obscurity, consider it a little present in your relegation fight
I have registered because I need to get this off my chest. I've followed Leeds since 1972 and it has been a curse with intermittent highlights. Today was possibly one of the lowest points. As soon as he brought Shaunessey on I knew they would score! I'm no mystic, it happens every time he does it. They say madness is doing the same thing time and again expecting a different outcome. Thomas! Leave things alone for goodness sake! How can they be tired? None of them played against Newport! Keep the team that got you in front on the pitch you stupid meddler. I am so, so gutted. I've had a crap day at work. Sorry, rant over.
I understand what you're saying about having 10 men. Packing defence seems to be TC's main tactic when we're in front, or drawing, but like Ristac said, didn't he learn anything from the other game......does TC himself know how to close a down a game. TC left us with no striker.........to be honest, it's not really surprising some players are getting frustrated. I know we had 10 men, but Millwall dominated our midfield.........again we fell into Millwalls game instead of keeping the ball down and playing ground football......
That's Cooper's 2nd red of the season, time to take the captaincy off him, bad enough this is the third game running but he is meant to be the leader on the pitch. TC needs to sort this indiscipline out, I said last week it will cost him his job, if it doesn't this week,
