Royals sign Kaspars Gorkss from QPR

Great signing for Reading leaves us very short of decent centre halves

 

I feel a name change coming on Kaspers!

 

Does Gorkss have pace as he are desperately lacking it ... got any strikers we can have on the cheap as well

 

Rob Hulse? A snip at £1 million...

 

NW must have a cd inbound because he won't rely on Dan and co to keep out goals.
Or this could go deeper as NW has always liked that Kebe bloke and may be using Gorkss as a sweetner.

£5m for Mills is probably the best piece of business I've ever seen. Other than Derby getting £1m out of us for Rob Hulse, obviously.

 

Is the gameplan to buy up all the ageing England midfield players and play them all in defence?

All i can think is that NW must have some 'done deals' and is off loading players. saying that i think Gorkss is better than Dan.

 

I'm baffled by this one. Maybe we should give them taraabt for £250,000 and Ali for £50,000. Oh and what about paddy for 20 Marlborough lights and a can of apple tango.

 

By a long way I can't see a better defender in the QPR ranks at the moment

Can't believe he signed for Reading ...as for Taarabt He will become more valuable than the complete Reading Squad

 

It was Adel that ripped Reading apart last season. I think Basingstoke is only joking with that comment. I am sure Reading fans would love a bit of skill like him in the team.

 

Nooooooooooo! One of my favourite players in recent years. He's a serious player, keeps his head down, has few bad games. Sad to see him go. Ok, he's slow but good players make up for that with good positioning.

 

Thanks Gorky, you were top quality and the fake hoops have got a bargain. What on earth are we doing getting rid of Gorkss and signing Gabbidon who was in the leakiest (is that even a word?) defence in the Premiership last season? Why sign defenders from relegated teams? Surely the dead give away is that they let too many goals in hence finishing in the bottom 3.
