it wasn't. It was matic for Bakayoko. Someone took a gamble and it didn't pay off. We still need that guy in the middle to be a ballplaying hard working box to box midfielder. Barkley could be that but i'm not holding my breath on that
Started off decent enough, but since Christmas he has been god awful. Am willing to give him more time to be honest. He has at least shown SOME promise.
Man barely plays. Loses the ball a bit but comes up with magic. Shame Conte doesn't use him as he was a key part of us winning the league. One of our better attacking players but conte prefers 8 defensive players

you have it the wrong way round. At least bakayoko can be bothered to run around and track a man. The amount of time xhaka played a **** pass to the opposition or just watches the midfield ghost past him is embarassing
