Nah you'll get used to it and you'll find loads of stuff you probably don't enjoy that much anyway are gone and you'll find new stuff you'll like.

My healthy eating crashed and burned today.

Went to kfc and had one of those mini buckets for one. Two pieces, two strips and two hot wings. Didn’t eat the fries.

@Number 1 Jasper I've got gout but don't take anything for it, only had a few bad flare ups so far. Is there nothing you can do diet wise or is allopurinol the only option?

Yeh. My personal idea of hell!!

Can't eat seeded bread now for a while and had 2 slices of white bread yesterday.

Seriously wtf is the point of white bread? May as well have had 2 pieces of paper.

Can't eat anything high fibre. <wah><wah><wah>

As yyou say, ****ting bricks now!

In my experience about a half a cup of hot tea the next morning acts as a very good catalyst. Just don’t be too far from the crapper.

I’d also advise putting the bog paper in the fridge the night before!
