Are you suggesting that the various England managers who capped Crouch 42 times didn’t know what they were doing?
Rob Brown: (re 0823) United are absolutely ridiculous making that signing. City must be laughing their heads off - The Mercenary is going to destroy their wage budget. Other key players must be absolutely aghast! (Tweet to BBC Football) This is exactly what I said a couple of days ago! I heard one report saying that Sanchez's agent will get £40m. If that is anywhere near correct, then that is obscene! Another report says that Sanchez will earn £500k per week. Again, obscene! This has got to be the worst move in Prem history. As good as Sanchez is - and he isn't anywhere near the level of Bale or Suarez were - he isn't worth even half that! I sincerely hope that United get this mercenary, and that it fcuks them up for years to come.
If Crouch does move to Chelsea, it won't be the first bang average club he's played for, in fairness ...
@Spurlock do you remember when @Skylarker was convinced that he was joining them And he quoted a website called 'sportsmole' as evidence
Like he was ever going to choose Liverpool over Bayern They've even got a thread on their board titled team next season, with Goretzka and a few other unrealistic targets in the team. A player like Goretzka has ambition to be successful, he doesn't want to be playing for a load of ****e who've won **** all for years.
See, I knew this would happen! The lack of oxygen at being so unexpectedly high in the league table has addled the brain of the average Mouser and fcuked with his sense of perspective. It looks like there has been a heavy relapse on the delusion front. I rather fear that we are going to need my superb "Mouser Watch" thread more than ever, now.
They do genuinely think they are one of Europes big clubs, that's what's so funny about it all. Big clubs don't sell their best players to Barcelona and Man City every year.
Desperately hoping for United to collapse financially because your little half-pint club have been shoved back in their place. You just know he's gonna smash one past Hugo Le Clown next week now.
How comes Bayern can sign a player from their own league on a pre-contract agreement but PL clubs can't do this... Or have I missed something?
