You cannot deny Farage has not had a huge influence on the future of Europe. Without the UK being a member the dominant figures in the EU are much more able to accelerate their march towards the desired European superstate. The UK never wanted to be part of that including Churchill.

Farage? Possibly the most divisive politician in the modern era.

The man was a liar, a fraud and a self-serving weasel.

    No wonder SH venerates him.

I appreciate Farage's many talents which have made him one of the very few politicians whose political career have ended in total success.

Which political failure have you supported? Kinnock, Clegg, Brown or Miliband ? instantly forgettable political fodder.

Total success? He's a failed MP, his party is a joke and he's now asking for a 2nd referendum as his EU freebies are drying up.

The man is a vile little weasel.

This guy has changed the course of European history whether you like him or not. He will be long remembered as successfully achieving his goal of a UK wide referendum on EU membership. The rest as they say, is history.

Well it sounds like you would pay to listen to him?

I certainly would not pay to hear any politician

I gather David Gauke is an Ipswich Town fan. Should their game with Bolton this afternoon be cancelled, just in case they might lose?

  12. Oh I dunno - I would happily pay to hear a few promise that they're leaving public life for ever and will never infect the airwaves again...

I might if it was local and no more than £10, I would need some nibbles and a pint within that price.

I would not be surprised by anything. If they paid him to organise a movement that eventually led to Brexit then their investment was good value for money.

I'm sure the Russians are subsidising Momentum as they did with Scargill and other wreckers decades ago.

"UKIP leader Henry Bolton has been hit by resignations from his front bench team as pressure mounts on him to quit."

Try as I might, I simply can't get my head around how a party with no MPs can actually have a front bench.

Great to think that Henry Bolton was elected in a democratic vote only last September, and now people want to overturn the result. Taking a cue from Farage I guess who talks about having another referendum.

Bolton is similar to Silva, unprofessional behaviour which seriously undermines their authority. UKIP are irrelevant now, they should just bask in their past glory.
