Spot on Judge, spot on. One thing Oddbod did confirm to me yesterday was that Sunland fans seem to want to have their cake and eat it. You can't scream three-in-row, four-in-a-row etc etc without getting a whole lot of muck thrown back at you. They seem completely oblivious to the sh!t we've put up with...still are...and feel sorry for themselves at their plight.

A thread about what other sunderland-based forums are out there descends into bitching about ACS. Can't even remember the last time I saw him post there. Is he the one that got away or something?

Being a Sunderland fan for 30 odd years where Newcastle have had the bragging rights for the vast majority of the time I am not surprised that some SAFC had pounced at the chance to take the mick, its never happened very often. Not me though. I'm not the sort to wind anybody up over football, never seen the point. Ive had a good chuckle to myself at Newcastles plight at times, but ive never been one to laugh in the supporters faces. All these cheesy chip eating, blue pop drinking, knuckle dragging neanderthal insults are just plain boring. The total hatred between some sets of supporters is just very sad for those individuals. Dont know why people still get so passionate over football nowadays. Pleased I've been able to tone my passion down cos If Sunderlands plight had been happening 10-15 years ago I would have had to place myself on suicide watch. If 10-15 years ago Sunderland had beaten Newcastle 6 times in a row each time I would have spontaneously combusted into a pile of cum. I would have been buzzing for weeks. For me after each win the novelty wore off after a few days. For me there are no real heroes in football now, there is nothing and nobody to get passionate about. I cant even watch a full game on the telly without getting bored. Overkill! Its just the fact that I was once addicted to it that still keeps me interested, though I am certainly not feeling sorry for myself over our current plight. At times I find it quite funny.

The prime beeler is Billy who hates me because I was born a Mackem and escaped.. a 'turncoat' if you like.
Assistant beeler in chief is Smug who hates my infantile obsession with Chinos and the word 'beel' and how you lot are under my dictatorial (blue doc martins) boot....
Part time secretary to the assistant beeler in chief is Bri who I seem to have 'an effect on' I guess....... if one can couch it as such...

All other mackems on there have no obsession with me and interact normally most of the time. I think they are decent chaps, especially the old heads like pops, mush, Comm and RAW.
I don't post over there much because it can derail threads when the ACS love in starts which doesn't help things for their mods.

Aye ACS, you're not very popular over there despite my efforts. I've had a few conversations with Smug over the years. Always get a text off him New Year's Day. Posts a lot of things to get a response which he generally does. IMO he's an absolutely top bloke. I used to have the gloves on with him regularly but I'd trust the bloke 100%. Probably get some bad publicity about this but I speak as I find.
