Well, seems that one thing we lack is Frenchman, as nobody is shirking their corner of the ongoing battle.

The one thing that unites both sides of our current drama is the passion.

To a man we are standing ground, fighting our corner, and to a man we are all wanting what we hope and prey is best for the club.

Let's try and take it down a notch, harness this passion and get it back behind the lads.

Swansea are there for the taking, let's hit the ****ers, lets get 3 points, lets draw a ****ing line, for now, under a week that has seen us take more kicks in the bollocks than a bondage gimp.

We Are Sunderland, we all are, we've been in much worse holes than this, let's remind the land that 40,000 of us are here for all eternity!

Time for ****ing unity, and time to back the lads, regardless of opinions of the man in charge.

I wish you were right mate, but I know from experience that a large number of our supporters will take their displeasure out of the team as soon as a mistake is made...

Couldn't agree more, the backbiting and threads to just have a go at fellow supporters must desist.
None of us are bigger than the mighty SAFC!

Isn't that what a forum is about though MrR?
I know when I'm sitting in the pub with my mates we have the same arguments as on here. (Just without the name calling)

I'm undecided at the moment, that's because I have yet to actually see us play. If we lose or play badly against Swansea something definitely has to change in the club.

For now, we need to back the lads, we don't want to see a bad result at Swansea with Chelsea to come, we need to win this ****ing game, and we need to somehow try and believe that we can get on a run.

We won't achieve this with negativity and name calling.

I will be backing the lad's, after all it's not their fault they are being hamstrung before setting foot on the turf.

Why not mate, they've hardly been on fire have they.

We need a lift, a win on Saturday and we have it.

It's stuff like this though from Bruce. We're missing glorious chances? When, where? It's all long range efforts because we're playing without strikers. Is he serious? Can he just not see what we see? Our achilles heel is not our inability to convert glorious chances, Bruce is our achilles heel right now. We're not making glorious chances and we're not scoring goals and that's because of Bruce. I'm sickened by him right now. Can't believe the utter **** he's coming out with. The man is daft.

I'm even more daft because i still don't want us to fire him.

Exactly mate. Bruce is neutralising the lads before they enter the field.

Sess must be moved to LM.

He will have just as many shots, but will also have a player ahead of him to give the ball if he beats his man.

He is our best player by a ****ing distance, play to his strengths and we are a better side, instantly.

And BB'spoint is that its not our fault or the players fault. We can all have passion without the abuse and name calling and whatever you think of yesterdays starting 11 they did not pick themselves.

Remember folks, my glass is always half empty, and as a bob [ well documented ] I can honestly say that the wellbeing of the club, has got to come before anything else, but a win on saterday is essential, personal oppinions are just that, oppinions.

Yep, absolutely, agree with every word. Actually i'm not bothered whether Sess plays left or right wing (left probably preferred with Larsson on the right), but we need his pace and ability to beat a man in the midfield. He needs two strikers ahead of him, we've seen Gyan alone is not working. I've barely seen Wickham kick a ball, but my instincts tell me him and Gyan up front will work and improve our attack hugely. Moreover, we NEED to know whether those two will work together really, really soon. If they don't work, we urgently need to bring in another striker or risk having a totally limp attack that will cost is dearly. At the minute, i can't hardly see a player in our team that'll get double figures in goals this season.

    Spot on.

Sess on the left works as he can cut in and shoot, Larsson isn't a 'man beater', so better that he is whipping with his stronger foot.

Surely Gyan and Whickham/Ji/whoever will get more opportunities this way, it's just logic.
