It's simple. The answer is any world class keeper currently playing (who's available for 146 million pounds)
Mignolet takes to Twitter; interesting January €20m move possible http://www.empireofthekop.com/2018/...itter-interesting-january-e20m-move-possible/
Wasn't sure where to post this. I went on the utd board before. There were 11 posts in the Stoke match thread. It's no wonder Diego inhabits our site so assiduously. Their board is virtually dead. A reflection of the style of football they play?
BBC saying Arsenal plan to use the £20m they receive for Walcott to re-invest in Aubameyang .......just £100m to pay then
Most of Manchester are still playing snake on Nokia 3310s with expressions like they've just seen fire for the first time
It would be mad to let him go though, unless we have a replacement. He was dropped and reinstated because Karius failed to step up and show he could do better. What if Karius is just as hopeless over the next few games and we've let our other mediocre keeper go? He hasn't looked the part in any game I've seen him in so far. It's entertaining, but it's getting a bit much that we can't win a game without scoring a ****load of goals.
Liverpool are growing increasingly confident of signing Norwich City midfielder James Maddison ahead of Tottenham in a deal worth in the region of £12m, according to a report by TeamTalk.
Mignolet has had 6 years to prove himself and fails regularly. Karius has had around 20 games in 1.5 years.
So it’s worse being rubbish over a stop start 1.5 years than consistently over 6 years? Point remains - Karius may not be the Answer but we won’t know until he has a full run of games.
If it took people longer to reach the same conclusion, it was obviously more difficult the establish the answer.
It didn’t take people long to reach that conclusion - Migs was just as bad when he first joined. Actually to be fair, he wasn’t as bad when he joined but he’s progressively got worse. If it took people 6 years to realise Migs isn’t good then I suggest they watch another sport. So unlike Karius, Migs got a steady run in the team.
Aubameyang and Giroud swap deal Borussia Dortmund want Olivier Giroud included in a deal with Arsenal for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The Gunners are in talks with Dortmund over a move for the Gabon striker and are hopeful of getting a deal done for around £53m.
