Table updated.Going forward I will update the table the next day after each game week is finished.Great to see City losing and the Incivincibles record still in tact.Looking back at that team compared to the pathtetic starting 11 against Bmouth it is alarming how bad Arsenal have regressed under Wenger the last few years. Its beyond embarrassment now, he needs to go now and leave with what little dignity he has left (ok rant over)
Yep. Shocking Ste, and your best player could be going to those Rags. Unbelievable mate. The updated table is getting even closer. Everyone over 300 points. It could go to the last games this year mate
I was a reluctant contestant but I am enjoying the challenge. I am glad to be still in touch of sorts. I don't think I have put two good weeks together, I will have twenty odd one week and eight the next!
I run a betting comp on League 2 and it's difficult enough getting the results correct, let alone the scores. Not much different in the Premier Our defender on loan from Arsenal is class
I'm looking to change the scoring rule next season as it's hard to keep up with who picked what players each week.I was thinking of making it a little tougher in that you can pick any mid/striker as much as you want once they don't play for any of the top six clubs.Other options are to leave it as it is or to scratch it altogether and just concentrate on predictions.Any thoughts?
Ste. How about picking your midfielder & striker before the start of season for the first 10 games, then picking a different 2 for the next 10 and so on. 38 match weeks so 4 picks in total. Just an idea mate.
Yeah not a bad idea-Only issue is we will prob all pick the same players like Salah/Sane Augero/Kane.No easy solution!
How about at the start of the season everyone nominates. 5 midfielders each and 5 forwards each. but every week you have to pick one of each for that week out of your nominated players. And can only use each player once in 5 weeks for example if you have Aguero and use him in week one, he isn't available again to you until week 6. That way even though most people will have the same players they won't necessarily have them at the same time and it'll be a bit more tactical trying to pick the right player for the right week.
In that case i'm going to have to start paying a bit more attention to the Premier League coz its looking like a while before Sheffield Wednesday will be plying their trade back up there
Or trying to predict the exact total number of goals scored over all the games each week for bonus points
