It's not good to discriminate on race, gender or sexuality.

We know who is guilty of what already on one count, we're waiting for the other. I condemn one for a hateful discriminatory act, lets see if I have to condemn another.

Doncaster police will be knocking on your door soon asking for an explanation of that comment.
It could be misconstrued by unscrupulous people to be anti gay, anti black, anti sheep or any other accusation they care to come up with.
Maybe it was just a colloquialism on your part but you can see where mix ups over definition and words can lead.

and any outrage I may express over someone calling someone a batty, is entirely false

 

If I said to someone in the old bank(my local), "you're a batty twat mate" he'd think I was calling him mental....and then punch me on the nose.

If I said the same thing in a Caribbean country he'd more that likely tell me he's straight (depending if he is or not of course) and punch me on the nose.

Either way I get punched on the nose but the word means different things depending where you say it, a bit(little bit)like Suarez saying a word that's acceptable in south America but not on these shores.
