Rest assured this is a poke-free thread. If it helps at all I've just checked Zoopla and my gaff is worth £600,000. Not sure what that breaks down to in a room by room rental income but I doubt I'd get as much as the khazi in Whitechapel if fully rented out. As much of toilet as Whitechapel is property prices there are astronomical due to its proximity to The City, Brick Lane and as many fake old barber shops & hipster bars as you can shake a shytey stick at.

You couldn't pay me enough to live in Whitechapel. Too much chance of bumping into Acworth doing a Jack the Ripper walk for the tourists.

As if I'd let anyone on GC know where I live! Just know that it is in the heart of suburbia where all the swingers live in houses with pampas grass planted in the garden. Apparently that is a thing.

Typical 1930's suburban semi-detached. I can confirm it is a house, not a room if that helps. Technically about a third of it is the Bank's house but I've just knocked a few years off the mortgage and even after extending it again I'll be looking to clear the mortgage in 10 years or under. Sadly the mancave doesn't add any value but as I don't intend on moving any time soon I'm not that bothered.

Could be Romford, could be elsewhere.

What do they use instead of pampas grass? 12 inch black rubber cocks I suppose.

Apologies, I know it's not a pretty sight. When I die I'm leaving my body to science fiction.

Back in the day the army wives used to put a packet of OMO washing powder in the window for their lover.
