A US TV presenter seen unwittingly dancing as Rangers fans belt out an outlawed song at the Florida Cup has hit out at the “betrayal”.

Fabio Brazza was captured on camera after asking the supporters to “teach him a chant” as Alicia Wiggins and others sing “Billy Boys”.

The college coordinator is seen in a video posted by the tournament organisers on their official YouTube channel as Alicia screams “up to our knees in Fenian blood” on camera.

The Light Blues were taking part in the event over in the US.

Fabio told the Scottish Sun he “couldn’t understand” what the fans were saying and felt “betrayed” once the meaning of the song was explained.

He said: “I had no idea of the content of the chant. I ask them to teach me a chant, but I couldn’t understand what they were saying.

“I feel very sad and betrayed that it happened, and that my image, and Florida Cup’s image is in it.

“The purpose of the tournament is totally the opposite of the chanting. Our goal is to promote a great experience for all family and bring people from different culture’s together.

“On my behalf and in Florida Cup’s name I am really sorry to what happened.”
