The original screengrab was taken by a Rangers fan who was watching a Rangers game but the chat was full of Celtic fans. He posted it on twitter.

No Rangers forums were harmed in the making of this.

 

He could have just as easily got it off a Gers forum who had also posted the Twitter screengrab?

Either way - as I said earlier - some Gers fan have been calling Celtic fans "obsessed", (again) and I disagree, the comments on the feed show we are not dealing with prime breeding stock here, they are the dregs of the gene pool, clearly imbeciles and perhaps not necessarily obsessed, just very stupid.
