Bit of a nothing article imo, he's had some injury problems and has taken a while to get fit again, when fit he plays well and his overall stats will improve with game time. It's only other fans who lay into him and call him rubbish.
His earlier period with, I do feel he suffered under the weight of expectation, I dont think signing him and loaning him back helped, it just built the excitement surrounding his arrival. I dont think many people doubt his ability but his luck with injuries has been abysmal and it's this that had led to disappointment rather than performances. Now I just think most hope he can put a good run of games together, the quality will then shine through
