Only problem is I wouldn’t trust anyone apart from me to make the decision, and I wouldn’t trust me sometimes
We could just start off with the blatantly obvious ones. Peter sutcliffe, Levi bellfield dale cregan etc The money saved goes into the nhs
We were talking about this on the way to the game yesterday. We reckoned without this dozy bint and the £4m tranny the HDM would have nowt to report.
Hope this doesn't sound too harsh. But I'm sure there's a long history of foreign men conning British women to send them money or be their couriers with the promise of everlasting and undying love ? I suspect she knew what she was doing was wrong , he almost certainly did and was using her.
When we went on holiday last year my mate asked me to bring 200 cigs back for him. I said yeah no problem. 2 weeks later I saw him in the pub gave him his cigs. 'Great, how much do I owe you ?' he said. '£90' I said. 'Where the **** did you go on holiday ?' 'Devon' I said.
How's it harsh? The judges have been very lenient compaired to what could have been handed down.In The letter of the law she has smuggled drugs into one country and broken drugs laws in another. Whether she's just stupid or she's finally been cought and has been doing it a while doesnt matter.....she has done it, been found quilty and has been given a sentence in the lower end of the scale in the country she was caught and tried in
The sentence she got has nothing to do with the crime. It’s all to do with the politics of flights to and from Sharm. She has been found guilty and deserves punishment, but if she was German, French or Russian, she would have been deported by now. I do not believe that she should escape punishment but the fact is that she is being used as a pawn in a bigger game. She should be released now or have her sentence served in the UK.
Sorry if I'm being dumb or have missed something, but where's the evidence of that? Do we deport people that break laws here? Or do they serve the sentence here then get deported? I do feel sorry for her having to be in the hell hole, but nobody forced her to do what she did
Whether you feel she had got what she deserves or not, getting 3 years, of which he will serve 1 year 2 months now apparently, as time held in custody counts against the sentence is very lenient by Egyptian standards.
I think that’s rubbish, I don’t believe her nationality played any part, she got a very light sentence under their laws.
As they're reliant on tourism, that's dying, what the bigger game. I would have thought they'd be bending over backwards to be nice to us.
From the Telegraph. “For Ms Plummer and her distraught family, the key issues are how the case looks from Cairo, and the diplomatic tension between the UK and Egypt.”
