PLT is a good lad. Young, eager, involved & cares. It’s folk like him that are the future voice. Just realised it’ll be hard for me to attend the Trust’s AGM, family time. I’d encourage every member to do so if they can. In union there’s strength.
The boos were for Meyler who was awful again, ambled around like he really couldn't give a ****, Henriksen was a breath of fresh air, nice to see someone pass to his own player as for McShane, we could do with someone like him now, he won every header and every challenge, most fans sang in appreciation as he seemed like the only one who could be arsed for the first 20 minutes
Approx a year since we beat Manchester United and Then Liverpool within a couple of weeks , now folk taking positives from that today , scary how far you can fall in such a short time , at this rate of decline this time next year we will be discussing how at least Bristol Rovers only did us over 2-0 ..
It's just the reality of the situation mate. I think Adkins can build us up again but it will take years and we'll need academy home grown players to do it. But that's reality.
I'm quite surprised about how positive some people seem to be , maybe I need to start drinking again before games
Look how we went up the leagues a few years ago so it can very easily go the other way. Hopefully it won't but ?
I personally don't really have an opinion on Adkins yet , he needs to be able to bring his own players in etc , I also haven't been to all his games due to family reasons so can't judge everything I just don't see much to be positive about to be honest - I said Slutsky was **** and a better manager would get us mid table with these players -now I'm not so sure, he picks the same formation , then makes the same like for like subs , it doesn't feel like much has changed to me .
