Quite logical if you think of it. Guy's just come over for a medical & signed up. Prolly brought 1 pair of kecks with him & nothing else. Perfectly reasonable to expect him to go home & break it to the wife & kids that they're emigrating & get his shiit together. OK, perhaps not married, but my point is that he's got a lot to do, even if it's pack up loads of clothes & stuff & arrange its shipment. On the purely footballing side, I don't think he's met many, if any, of the squad, far less train with them & understand his place in the system, so absolutely right to leave him out. Hopefully more settled by the next match. Poor old TC, though. Gets blamed for everything. If he had beans for his tea, no doubt there would be uproar from somewhere, insisting he should be eating peas instead. I'm not familiar with this Ipswich team, but Mick usually likes his big defenders. As our 'big' strikers can't head to save themselves, it's pretty pointless playing them against defenders that can. Guess we're relying on tippy-tappy or pacey breakaways.
