I suppose the worry there is that we've almost certainly got no one lined up prior to selling Coutinho which seems really stupid to me.

African players have become more valuable now with the ACOFN moving to the summer. No longer do clubs have to contend with a player miss a month of the season.
But we didn't really go looking for Mane or Salah, both had played in the PL, both were originally picked up by big clubs in Smaller European leagues.
