Thanks fella. I really appreciate all the good wishes from everybody on here. The old fella is doing alright today. He got away without seriously damaging himself, but it was a bit of a scene yesterday. Anyway, thanks again for asking mate

 

Dunno, last seen on 5th Jan. Not like him to be away for so long. Hope he's alright.

What about @Treble too, he seems to have disappeared completely off of here.

 

I think he had a meltdown. Unless that's somebody else I'm thinking about.

Comm doesn't do meltdowns, or flounce offs.

 

Yeah Comm is made of stronger stuff. Didn't realise Treble had had a wobble to be honest, he always seemed fairly level headed on here.

 

Pretty sure treble didn't. Just randomly stopped posting one day.

Hasn't posted in nearly a year though.

 

Bit weird that though eh ? He was pretty active on here and then ... vamoosh !

 

Looking at his profile it seemed his posting got less and less regular before stopping altogether.

Dunno mate I don't remember anything but you could be right, may have been on your board... Treble didn't strike me as someone to stop posting completely over a fall out though.

My ex mother in law suffered from Alzheimer’s. Not nice!

 

Thanks mate Yeah degenerative brain diseases are about as much fun as, well, degenerative brain diseases. ****ing tragic watching my Dad slowly dissolve and seeing my Mum struggle more and more with him. He's still at home, and she's caring for him. But I wonder for how much longer. Some days are really bad, and I think he'll end up in a care home eventually.

Reminds you to live your life fully and take your opportunities when they come along, you don't always get a second chance and some people put things off until 'one day', without realising that that day may never come if your health fails you.
