Looks nice. Looking forward to a beer or two tomorrow, I've had **** all all week.

I had mushroom, chick pea and spinach curry for tea and it was lovely.

I buggered it up by sharing a portion of chips with my nipper on the way back from football training though.

 

Yeah, really nice.

 

Looked it up. Brewed in Bermondsey.

 

Got given a load of different ones as a present, all really good. Got one left but it's 8.2%

 

That’s liquid brain damage. I thought only the crazy Belgians made that sort of ****!

 

Bet it tastes like the inside of a tramps shoe.

 

Well all I’ve eaten today is an apple for lunch.

Then made a salad with a balsamic reduction with a couple of smoked mackerel fillets on top. Did plan on having the fried feta as well, but some twat had opened it and not wrapped it up so had started to go mouldy.

Yeah I'm not sure I want to drink it, don't usually like the Abbey beers and this is going to be like one of those.

 

I used to go to Brussels 3-4 times a year on business back in the 80’s and 90’s. You could walk into almost any bar and order ‘une trapiste’. Up would come this often dusty bottle, most of em were brain damage.

No wonder the monks didn’t worry about fasting, they were all pissed as farts!

 

My brother in law is into them and he always gets me some kind of booze for Christmas and birthdays, when he gets beers there always one like that and he's always interested to see if I like it despite me saying no on every occasion. It's like he has a quest to find one I like.
