That's the Governments job,his job is to supply housing etc so that the thousands sleeping rough in his city have somewhere to sleep at night,but no waste money while the poor freeze to death.****er.

If you read the article you’d realise that he had to do it because the government had failed to do it’s job in making any reports, just like they’ve failed to do anything about the causes of homelessness and so the number of homeless people has risen by 134% since they came to power.
