Big joe securing £7m a year income for City first I’m loan.

Starting redevelopment and creating an estimated 1000 jobs. Let’s hope he secured more bent deals that benefit the city.

What ever happened to the Stanley ‘Car’ Park ‘gift’ from the city for the new Anfield?

£7m to the council, but the council would still have to pay interest on the loan it is taking out on Moshiri's behalf

It’s believed that West Ham are ready to make a move to sign FC Basel defender Manuel Akanji following an impressive 2017, but they do face competition from both Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund.

Glad we didn't have this attitude in 2005. We have to beleive we can win. It's the mentality that it cannot happen that is the difference between being a big team and so called wannabes.

You look at Citys first 11 and I beleive only their right back and Goalkeeper are the only players who were not in peps first season. What has changed is their mentality and belief that they can do better.

Go full throttle and try to win the bloody thing. That is what will build momentum for seasons to come

Agreed.

Also the optimism or pessimism of fans can rub off on the team.

I hope MITO isn't a STH, the team would love his negative vibes!

Fair enough. I have no problem with a local council borrowing money to invest in infrastructure projects as such.

TBH it's just a banter opportunity.

FSG lent LFC money for stadium interest free. for one stand.

Council lending money to everton on interest rate shows moshiri is all mouth and no trousers that all <whistle> the whole point of old bill selling up was he couldn't finance anything and no bank to lend to everton for it. It seems Moshiri is benefiting from a very generous mayor to get this done.. It'll be fabulous when done but i don't see necessarily where council will make 200mil over 25 years on this loan. They must be assuming a lot of activity and tax returns

And also assuming the Everton won't get relegated during the 25 years.<whistle>
