I totally appreciate this and know of, and have experienced similar. All we can do is express our experiences and try to add balance to a very difficult and troubled service. <ok>

Hope this isn't too political....(OLM police).....

The sooner one of the political parties takes a longer term view and says we need to pay more tax or you will not have an NHS the better.
But they are so short termist looking after their own arses they won't.

Alternatively say to the rest of the world.......we are temporarily stopping our foreign aid budget to sort the NHS out.....as and when appropriate we will look to reinstate it.

To add a dash of humour to a serious subject, I almost had to go to a minor injuries unit yesterday.
At Christmas I bought a sprializer, which cuts vegetables into spirals to substitute for pasta or rice etc, basically reducing carbs.

However when cleaning the machine yesterday I lopped about 3/4 of the end of my finger tip off cleaning the blade.
Blood everywhere, worktops, doors, cooker, carpet, and took almost an hour to stop.
Thankfully it did stop and appears to have stuck together OK but will monitor it.

Trivial really, but most accidents happen in the home!!!!
Especially to tight twats not wanting to buy pre-packed veg and clumsy as ****.

Sure you weren't just spiralizing beetroot. You could be ok.

No it was a big bit of butternut squash that would not have looked out of place in Ann Summers
