My last day in Rio yesterday, I did a bit of horse racing before the 23.00 flight. I had a bet on his horse, it came in last but one!

I thought protesters had already visited Duchatelet's home. He doesn't live in a semi with a white plastic front door like ordinary folk. If I remember rightly the protesters got as far as his security gates, or perhaps into some kind of out-building entrance lobby. I don't like all this taking things to people's homes though. The KM's parents business was 100% wrong. Protesters should take their cause to RD's office, wherever that is.
A leaflet was delivered to her parents house. Her father opened the door and spoke to the person who delivered it. There was no intention on 'confronting' anyone. The house was leafletted like others in the area - granted, knowing she lived locally.
Meire received it loud and clear. If anybody has a problem with me, they should bring it to me. If somebody has a problem with me and they bring it to my family, that is crossing the line. The day I heard about that incident was the only day I have ever felt ashamed to be a Charlton fan. I'm still ashamed to be associated in any way with people who thought that visit was a good idea.
We know where your parents live, and we are willing to take our argument with you to their front door. If you were in dispute with somebody else, would you take the trouble to find out where their parents live, and take your dispute to their home? If somebody else did that to you, how would you feel? Especially if other people associated with those who knock on your parents' front door have been abusing and threatening you online? I don't care how strongly people feel about what harm KM may have done to CAFC. Involving her family was intimidation, no more and no less. It was a despicable tactic.
