He's a "flashy" keeper. Can make outstanding defenses but its error prone.

Who has PP'd for AP? Is it Phil Brown or Phil Parkinson? I find it odd that the ref is BW and yet that is not the PP. Too many layers of hierarchy for my liking: secretary, underling and AP. What was Bum saying about company cars?

BW is obviously Bronwen Walker, assistant secretary. I guess Phil is on summer placement.

P.S If that is genuine I think the player may have scuppered the trial before it's even begun!

Well that was pretty daft of whoever let that happen then. Surely he (or whoever did it on his behalf) realises that isn't a good idea to release something like that. I'm pretty sure it isn't going to help him get a deal at city.

I'm not quite sure why some feel the letter being pp'd is an issue. Surely it's a better use of resources to let someone do general admin on his behalf allowing Mr Pearson to use his own time more cost effectively?

The letter doesn't reveal much, other than it seems to show the lads really proud of being given the opportunity.

There's always diferent ways of looking at things, I suppose it depends on your own disposition and/or agenda.

personally i dont give s**t if its PP'd or even unsigned. seems a strange thing to post on OWS if that is true?

I could be wrong, but I thought it was on his own web site not our own OWS?

It only says pretty much what we already knew, but shows the lads proud to be given an opportunity here. Surely a positive?

    ah ok
didnt look at the OWS or anywhere else actually
doesnt seem a normal way to announce a trial but having worked in middle east, nothing is sensible there

    Why is it stupid?

I doubt he'd feel the need to 'prove' the trial, being here would do that.
It's his letter and it looks like he's proud of the offer. It's unusual, but I don't see it as any big deal. There's nothing contraversial in it.
