Having Smoked Mackerel fillets with beetroot salad for tea. Livin' the dream.

    Actually, it's very nice.

Had another good gym sesh, similar to the one I posted last week but bench press was first up so at least I got that right!

Had way more go in me on the treadmill too; 15 mins steady state then 15 mins on sprint/walk splits. No rowing though.

Will be on a deadlift & squat mission tomorrow night.

Cod for dinner. Got it from my friends missus at the market, so I know it was fresh off the boat this morning. Got some carrots and greens at market too so had those with it too. Lovely.

Did 10 miles on the bike yesterday in the freezing cold and another 10 miles today in the pissing rain and wind. My app told me they were both 750 calorie burns, but I reckon cycling through 6 inch deep mud burns another 200 cals over that distance.

Still waiting for my mate to get back to me about swim membership. Might have to go down there this week and hassle him.

    Breakfast is this by the way, I can recommend if anyone is arsed;

In a jar put half a cup of organic (preferably) jumbo oats.
Cover with 1/4 cup of black coffee (not instant if poss)
Fill jar to half full with unsweetened almond milk.
put level table spoon of chia seeds and stir.
Add tea spoon of dried cranberries and a tea spoon of dried goji berries.
Add half a scoop of banana flavoured diet protein powder and stir.

Put jar on lid and leave in fridge overnight.

    East for breakfast!

Can't believe you ain't a giant fatty fam. I got a raucous missus too so plenty of press ups in bed, but I would be a proper porker if I ate what you did.

    Dominoes?

I usually go Texas bbq or the ranch bbq.

    Haven’t had one for months.

    Nah Papa Johns.

Dominoes overrated massively imo, don't really like them.

Never had a Papa Johns but Dominoes are ****e, especially given how much they are. I'd rather Pizza Hut and I'd rather Pizza Express to Pizza Hut.

None are good for your fatness though, abstain!

I'm off for for my overnight oats, just got to find my halo.

Dominos is ok if you get a good offer, I would never pay full price. We have a good Indian takeaway nearby so that is more popular in my house than the pizza places.

Pizza hut used to be nice but its awful now IMO. I used to make pizzas in a previous life and what I have noticed is the sauce has changes to a basic puree.

Pizza is all about the sauce and the toppings are not supposed to takeover, but people Wang it loaded with toppings so flavour has been compromised

Some of the non franchise chains or kebab huts do nicer pizza these days, but again topping overload is an issue. Good thing is they are flexible so will accommodate any requests

A new pizza Place near me is nice and I can get four large pizza (16") for £36 inc chicken nugget meal and bottle of coke
