Not getting into it. I personally deal with you the way muppetfindergeneral deals with everyone on this board.... Pretend you don't exist, when you're looking for a nibble. :1980_boogie_down:<laugh>

Don't know, was he and if so did he pick those players or were they already targets?

Even then, what can a scout do if a player he's signed isn't given the chances to prove his talent in the managers line up? You can imagine Mahrez wouldn't have done well in an Allardyce side because he'd never be given the ball and he doesn't really play in a way that would get the best out of him. Would it then be the scouts fault or Allardyce's fault for not getting the best of out his players.

Don't mention Moel Famau, walked up that hill so many times when I was at school. Just the mention of it gives me PTSD, I will have to go and lie down now.

I see hodgson is absolutely deligthed with VAR asd it wasn't used to keep his side in FA cup <laugh>

seriously talk about desperate to get out of the cup or what?

Ball apparently may sort of have brushed off the brightons player's arm.

remember solanke had perfectly good goal ruled out v west brom costing us 2 points......

but hodgson is so delighted the VAR was not triggered as it meant his side loses 2-1 and doesn't have a replay.

I sincerely hope alan pardew adopts the same attitude.

This'll be like their Europey "campaign" last season, where they more or less got a bye in every round - including the final. :)

TBF the goal from the brighton striker is very different to Solanke's. :bandit:
The ball hardly brushed against the shirt sleeve of the Brighton player (may not even have made conatct) and did not even change direction whereas the ball changed direction upon contact with Solanke's arm. Different degrees of contact. For me, both decisions correct.

the rule doesn't allow for any of that :emoticon-0126-nerd:

    accidental or non accidental contact

For example if a player was dead... as in killed dead by rooney's flatulence. He could by lying in the penalty are and a shot might deflect of the corpse's arm.

would a ref rule that out for handball?

and same for League cup last year.

the only decent side the met was city

    Northampton Town A 3–1 - rough
    Manchester City H 1–0
    West Ham United H 4–1 - rougher
    Hull City H 2–0 A 1–2 - roughest
Southampton N 3–2 -barely a team under puel.

Lets face it any top 6 team given that kind of draw would be very happy.

It didn’t touch his arm and although was close, wasn’t even comparable to the solanke one to be fair.
