Nostradamus was a stoner, you'd as well listen to my predictions for all the good they'd be.

 

Even David Icke was more accurate than Nostradamus.

 

tbf to Icke he did actually make predictions which people understood, he didn't hide his nonsense in quatrains of gibberish.

 

Any examples? I thought Icke was more inclined to state the bleeding obvious as "evidence" but attributing it all to lizard men and the Illuminati. That and the natty purple shell suits.

Eddie prefers the scattergun approach. Make a ****load of predictions and when one comes true proclaim it as proof that you can predict the future. Much like his horse racing tips and the Daily Record's approach to 'Old Firm' transfers.

 

The rhymed quatrains of Nostradamus were written mainly in French with a bit of Italian, Greek, and Latin thrown in. He intentionally obscured the quatrains through the use of symbolism and metaphor, as well as by making changes to proper names by swapping, adding or removing letters. The obscuration is claimed to have been done to avoid his being tried as a magician.
