If racist abuse is to be a serious issue then by definition so too must be the accusation of it.

ref gives same red but there should be an open analysis of incidents with precedent evidence to give punishment

but... no horse trading. everyone on here prob has done the horse trading in Sunday league with officals. I was a club secretary for a year and got a lad off punching the head of two guys on the basis they fouled his younger brother and were ganging up on him.
