Unlike PFC at the time of their cup win who had quicksand foundations, SFC have a solid one upon which to build.
The bulk of whom have managed to secure SFC a 6th place finish two seasons ago!!! It does not make any sense to me.
Doesn't seem to. Or maybe he just likes Long more. Would be nice to see Gabbi get a start. Not sure what he has to do to get his chance. That said, the decision to start Shane the last twice has been vindicated. He netted yesterday and tuesday.
We had Grazziano, Sadio, Victor and an in form and motivated Jose & VD so not quite Key difference is goals and controlling games We always felt we could score and had a good chance of a clean sheet We could control games AND score And if the opposition scored we always had a chance of scoring again KL was too focussed on the financial plan after that season and we didn't reinvest enough and now we are reaping the 'benefits'
As I said to you yesterday that was possibly the most composed finish of his entire career. Bloody typical it was offside.
I think he's between a rock and a hard place Stevo and Shane put Fulham under pressure in their own half and we won the ball back a lot But then we don't have anyone to score from these opportunities I don't think Gabbi has it in him to win the ball back like Shane, but if he did he would be more likely to score When Gabbi comes on he hardly sees the ball If we had someone faster on the wing with Gabbi up front it might be different I'm surprised he never plays Shane wide and Gabbi up front Good time to get some pace up front? Enter Theo!
Impossible to tell from where I was standing, and motd didn't show it, so I'll take your word for that. Point is, he found the net. He also chased everything, and won far more headers than a guy his size has any business doing. I can see why Long is getting picked, even if I would like to see more of Gabbiadini.
...I forgot I need to no the next thread. I'll try and get another thread up by tomorrow, but I am quite busy today and may not have the time to get it done to the same quality
As someone that moved away from Southampton 30 years ago, I can say it was a ****ty City. Every year I come back the City just keeps on getting better, good use of lottery and public funds on parks, the city is clean, the road system is good with connections to motorways, no one likes students anyway
