I am expecting to be charged about a grand plus the £375 in search fees and £500 survey fee we already shelled out.
Not to worry.. we have haggled on the price on this one. They are paying £4150 of stamp duty, throwing in new carpets, dishwasher, washer dryer, American fridge freezer. Lawn turf and a decent shed and giving us some cash back.
