I've never seen a commentator that just talks about the game all game. Even so, Burnsy only goes off topic when nothing is happening, they never talk about anything else when something is happening. It's not like they're talking about sausage rolls while a goal flies in, if the game is flat a bit of humourous discussion is welcome imo.
