WoL now talking about McGoldrick from Ipswich and competing with Sunderland for Woodburn on loan.

I think Coleman being at Sunderland and the likelihood of playing every week would be more attractive to Woodburn.

McGoldrick - not very inspiring - a 30 year old with regular injuries who has been around a few clubs.

Track record of a goal every 4 games.

 

Or a welsh lad from Forrest Green? 25, so not a youngster. 7 figures for someone who's kicked about the (very) lower leagues most of his career seems a gamble, but I suppose that was the Vardy route.

One of our supposed targets, Billy Bodin of Wurzel Rovers, has signed for PNE. As Warnock has proved, something to said for finding gems from the lower leagues but at least this one won't be able to score against us this season

 

Warnock says his priority is a Mid-field player and Cardiff are ready to give him the money he needs.

He will be his most expensive signing for Cardiff and will leave a smile of fans faces.

The player he wants has not been mentioned in the press.
