losing to Sunderland was the big game that went wrong there were a lot of games like West Ham away when we should have won easily but didnt
I wonder how long the Allam's will be around for. "Hull will receive £47m in parachute payments next season and £38m in 2018-19" https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...brough-relegation-premier-league-championship Will they stay until 2018-19 to collect all the parachute payments?
at least because the parachute payments period have been shortened then there's a limit to how far we can drop before they are likely to disappear
The name change and everything that went with it – common, lousy, irrelevant, die when we want, no business case etc. The new badge. The refusal to use or proper name or even acceptance what our name is and the whitewashing of our history. ‘24 hours’, ‘football should be like air’ and all the other ****e remarks. The rigged referendum with loaded questions. The ‘gift’ the people of Hull – with interest. The use of the ASI fund £10 mill standard fee fire sale asset stripping The removal of concessions driving way the long standing support and the hope of a new generation of support. Airco arena evictions. Closing parts of the ground and moving others about. The treatment of Barmby, Bruce, Phelan, Slutsky. Blaming the fans for literally anything that happens i.e the lack of sale, a poor result and so on. Dividing the fans and the city. The bodged sacking of the groundsmen. The refusal to cooperate with the IFO regarding the membership scheme and breaching premier league rules. The pettiness of removing Hull City Council sign. The whoring of Dean Windass. GateGate. Threatening to move the club out of the city if they didn’t get their own way, despite the fact that directly contradicted their own claims about a gift to the community Apologies that the above sounds like a conversation with Rain Man but I just had to vent at some of the things that have gone on. It’s hard to write down all of the **** and petty sniping and squabbles that the Allams have continually taken part in and actively encouraged. Christ I wish they would leave this city and never return.
Threatening to move the club out of the city if they didn’t get their own way, despite the fact that directly contradicted their own claims about a gift to the community?
our history tells me our most successful season was with the allams...... this is what happens when you bite the hand that fed yea .
well that's why I disagree................ hull tigers ok better than Cardiff .bluebirds playing in red ?
The Bluebirds play in blue, their dipshit owner at least had the sense to stop behaving like a twat and acknowledge his mistakes and rectify them.
That's because the Allams are useless. After spending over half a billion pounds we are facing relegation to the third division. You can pretend it has something to do with the name change application but sadly they haven't got a clue on how to run a football club.
This has felt like one of the blackest weeks on the forum I can remember. I'm not into predictions anyway, but to say, like I read, that we'd get relegated both this and next season seems unduly pessimistic.
It was the FA that rejected the name change anyway, and there was opposition to it away from Hull in plenty of other places.
