I run with whoever the **** I want......and it has never been nor ever will be “always” the pack, as you seem to call the average Addick. While “Muzza” embarked on frittering away Curbs good work, a small group of fans around him continued to kiss his arse and tell him what a great job he was doing. “Ignore the moaners”, Rick and Ben and Wendy and Dave told St Richard. You are the Chosen One, and so long as we have got jobs at Charlton and a free buffet on match days, that way it will remain. Fast forward 12 barren years. Those same 4 dullards - and others - are now “CARD leaders”. The only thing that changed - apart from the health of our football club - is that each of them lost their jobs and their goodies at the club. Don’t think they won’t be back with their begging bowls and sense of entitlement when RD goes- they will.

Not a word of criticism on CARD’s mouthpiece CL about Mick? Tony Keohane is a nasty bully says Rick, and nasty bullies cannot be tolerated. Rick then starts a blatant bullying thread on CL about Steve Waggott - knowing he cannot reply. The Regime are odious and we must not cooperate with them, says pompous Ben Hayes. Unless it’s for rent-free space for his “museum” ....principles must come second to keeping Ben’s name up in lights. Sue Parkes must be endlessly slated on CL for being a ponce says Rick. It is worth bearing in mind that the 'fans with experience' and 'sensible advice' did not create the mass protests against Duchatelet and Meire. CARD did not begin the 2015 protests, it simply hijacked them. If the leaders of the Coalition do not like the way the new CAFC owners treat them, they will not have the power to simply switch on another round of mass protests. If they decide to turn against the new owners without the huge majority of Charlton supporters (who are very tolerant, and don't all want a job at the Club) then the CARD people will find themselves as marginalised and irrelevant as the apologists are now.
They soon dropped the 100% support of Murray when it suited, and ended up criticising him in the exact same way as the fans they were happy to gang up on before.
The Fans Forum is another good example. Publicly denounced by Everitt on his bully pulpit CL because “The wrong type of fans sit on it” (Ie- not him) Needless to say, this comment went unchallenged.

It’s not enough for you to simply use their name, for example AFKABARTRAM he has to be described as a AFKABARTRAM the “spineless midget” which is hugely insulting but you always add insulting embellishments to your posts. He is of course a little fella so why insult him in that way, just as I am described as “a silly old bugger”. I wonder if you’d have the arsehole to repeat the name calling in front of others rather than behind your keyboard......I very much doubt it! What is the difference between the public slatings that Tony Keohane and Tom Rubashow regularly receive on there, and the free rides given to Regime quislings Olly Groome and Mick Everett (who both just happen to be members of CL). I don't know any of them personally, but........................ Rubashow was brought in to do a job, and he did it, ie gagged our then CEO Keohane appears to have gone beyond the call of duty in aligning himself with the regime. Olly Groome and Mick Everett have done what I would have done if I worked for a firm which was bought out by an owner I didn't like- got their heads down and carried on doing my job as well as I could under the circumstances. Being an employee is totally different from being a fan. Paying the bills depend on your monthly paycheque. Before I worked for Royal Mail I had a number of varied jobs, and one or two employees would not have stood up well to the scrutiny of social media. Indeed one firm was bought out by a villain who had previously undermined my guvnor by stealing from him until he had to sell. I did not resign in protest because the money went up after the firm was bought out. True.
