My big thing is I don't trust the board to make the right decision quickly enough. I hope I am wrong though
I think the question is why Ralph would do the interview at all today. Better to wait until after the big game.
Our remaining home games include Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs. We are very much running out of winnable games.
Same squad that finished 8th last season minus Hoedt and Lemina. Yes Puel lost his way in the end but he was at least tactically astute and good at making changes in game. Shows how bad Pellegrino has been this season.
My one hope is that interview was the normal 'vote of confidence' that really means one poor result before sack... please log in to view this image
Or, comically, may not want to pay three managers this season, despite the fact that the payoffs are meager money in the modern game. Might sound a silly suggestion, but given that we futzed about with Puel to see if we could get out of paying off his contract, I don't think it's an unlikely one.
Well that's ****. Make or break for Les and co. in these few weeks. Get it wrong and nothing will change and we will go down.
If he isn’t gone by the next home game then there must be some kind of action taken by the fans. I’m not one to really get behind a march or boycott but it has got that bad.
Your right beef....everything we do is too slow we drag out new manager appointments/ transfers in........but transfers out they wizz out the door before the cheque has even cleared.
Maybe we can all bring along signs that say "Pellegrino out" and take photos of them in unusual places and locations irrelevant to football? I don't think that's been done before.
