Okay. Here's the score. I agree with Chef, that we have to consider build when getting the low down on this fitness malarkey. I'm 18 stones, but you have to take into account that I'm 6'4" and most of that is muscle. The rest is bone. I'm aiming to add another stone... of muscle. Time to hit the Olympic deadlifts and see if I can crack 20 reps with 400 lbs. Wish me luck, lads!
Exactly the same. Except he's white, 5'8" with balding grey hair, in his early 50's and with a pot belly and isn't a boxer.
