    Yes, but the weigh in will be after tonight!

    I think I'm about 4lbs up, it fluctuates though obviously. Not too bad, that'll be gone in a week.

    It's the other stone+ that will take some shifting!!!

    The cheese was vile. I also managed to over cook the duck, burn the chips and **** up the gravy.

    No, there is a lot of recpies from the middle east in there but also a lot of Spanish. I think there is an Eastern one though.
